3. Intellectual Property

All content, including data schema, documentation, and the OrbisRegistry logo, is the property of RainbowWing Labs. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our API as specified in your plan.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these terms, including non-payment or unauthorized API usage.

6. Limitation of Liability

OrbisRegistry is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RainbowWing Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
